I got access by 19th March. No mail from apple, it just started working. I guess someone, somewhere fixed it. But, my access to the sales/trend reports section still doesn't work, and I suspect a similar problem. I've mailed both itunesconnect (at apple.com) and itunesondemand (at apple.com) and am still awaiting some feedback regarding this. I gotta say, their level of feedback is non-existent.
