The GAA Report obtains no data from the end user. The app allows you to track scores as a game progresses. When starting a new game, you supply:

Team 1 Name, Team 1 Twitter (Optional), Team 2 Name, Team 2 Twitter (Optional), Competition Name, Competition Hashtags (Optional). This data is stored locally and not transferred to cloud based databases.

As you use the game, game events are stored locally on the device. Game events are Time specific events such as Throw In, End of First Half, or scoring events such as a goal or point scored. This data is stored locally and not transferred to cloud based databases.

If you choose to share current score, the app creates an image of competition name, time in the game and current scores. This image can be shared via standard sharing mechanisms of iOS. If you choose not to share, this image is discarded and not stored or transferred

Game events are formatted for posting to twitter, or to be copied to the clipboard. This can only occur in response to a user action – if the user chooses not to post to twitter, no data is posted to twitter.

This app contains Crashlytics. Crashlytics is used to inform the developers of crashes that can occur after an app has launched, and helps us make future improvements. No user data is passed to Crashlytics. We pass home and away teams names to Crashlytics to help narrow down issues for customers.
